> How long will it take to ship my Basic Income Now apparel & swag order?

Most orders are produced and shipped within 5-10 business days of ordering.

If we're temporarily out of stock in the item you've ordered, we'll get in touch with you to determine how to proceed. 

> How will my order ship? 

All orders are shipped via Canada Post, and you'll receive a tracking number via email once your package is en route.

> What happens if my package is lost in transit? 

We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages, but if you believe your package has been lost, please email us through our contact page and we will launch an investigation with Canada Post.

> Can I ship outside of Canada?

Not at this time.

> How do I know which size to order?

Each of the styles in this store has garment measurements included in the product description. Please make sure you choose the correct size -  we're not able to exchange or refund items that were ordered in the wrong size. 

> There is a problem with my order. What do I do? 

We exercise a high degree of care in producing quality garments, and we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you receive a garment with a defect, please contact us right away. (Refer to our refund policy for more details.)

Unfortunately, because garments are produced to order, we cannot exchange garments or accept returns of garments that are purchased in the wrong size. Please make sure you refer to the sizing charts when placing your order.

> Where is my order coming from?

Your Basic Income Now apparel and swag is being produced & shipped from Kingston, Ontario by Primetime Custom, in partnership with the Basic Income Now Campaign.
